Shipping & returns
Packing
Every piece is packed by hand, in several layers, and sent in a rigid box. Ceramics arrive whole when they are packed properly — I take the time it needs.
Where I ship
I currently ship within the European Union only. For anywhere else, write to me and we will see what can be done.
Time and cost
I prepare the parcel within 2–5 working days of confirming the order. Courier delivery usually takes 3–7 working days within the EU, with tracking. The cost depends on the destination and the size of the piece, and I tell you before payment.
Studio pickup
You can collect the piece in person from the studio in Cotroceni, by appointment. No shipping cost.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return the piece within 14 days of receiving it, in the condition it arrived and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Write to me before sending the parcel.
If it arrives broken
It is rare, but it happens. Send me photographs of the parcel and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and we will sort it out — a replacement if I have something similar, or a refund.
