Privacy
In short: I use your details only to reply to you and to send you your piece. I do not sell them and I do not give them to anyone who is not involved in the order.
What I collect
Through the contact form: your name, email address and message. Through the newsletter: your email address. For an order: the delivery address and what is needed to ship it.
Why
To answer your message, to prepare and send your order and — if you subscribed — to send news from the studio a few times a year.
Who else sees them
Messages are processed by the email service configured for the studio. Newsletter subscriptions require email confirmation; every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. For orders, the courier and payment processor receive only the information they need.
How long I keep them
Messages, for as long as it makes sense to keep the conversation. Billing data, as long as the law requires. Newsletter addresses, until you ask to be removed.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see what data I hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Write to me and it is done.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies. Your language is included in the page address. Contact messages are not stored in your browser after you close the page. When aggregate measurement is enabled, we count product views and enquiries without cookies, visitor identifiers, or message content. Daily totals are kept for no more than 90 days.
